The narrative revolves around two characters in the style of non-linear. However, later it coincides unitedly and progresses in a direct manner, the narrative features a Don named Nagendran (no variations) and a college graduate named Ashwin. Nagendran a well known rough gangster, as well as a Don (gang leader) he rules the area known as Veeramani Salai, his main job in the area
Is to keep everyone safe from outside invaders such as politicians who attempt on obtaining land.
He primarily supports people within the area on behalf of various problems, however he looks rough outside, but he is very sensitive inside he craves a peaceful environment.
Many other people are abreast of him and they are looking forward to killing him, but no one can touch him as he is a very powerful Don, who has many bodyguards around him he can attack 10 people as a solo. The past was not very friendly to him, he suffered a lot of difficulties during his 10 he lost his father who was a henchman for a well-known gangster Charlie during that time, but the same gangster killed him because of caste (religion) riot he was false proclaimed as the rise of the riot,
Therefore, the gangster killed him to get a good name. During Nagendrans 12 his mother dies because she went to get justice for her husband’s death, but Charlie’s gang members assaulted her and threw her inside a river the body was found in a bad state. This made Nagendran urge to kill Charlie, however, he was very small at that time, and he waited for a proper time.
As he attained 16 he finally kills the gangster who was responsible for his mother and father’s death because of that, many seemed to get afraid of Nagendran, later he met Ganeshan a family friend and a guardian. From that Nagendran listens to Ganeshan, and has a special honor for him.
His father’s and mother’s death gave Nagendran a lesson. ‘ Without power we are nothing and those with the power will do anything’. Therefore, power is the thing reminded him every single day he wakes. As his age progressed, he aimed for power and lastly he attained a very big role and formed his own gang at 40.

The narrative starts after the death of Nagendran, a couple of journalists wanted to make a biography of the Gangster. The journalists met an old senior (Ganeshan) within Nagendrans gang Who was a member of it from the commencement of the gang. The senior usually suggests some advice to Nagendran and Nagendran only follows his advice moreover Nagendran has a particular honor for him. Journalists begin examining Nagendran’s past and his death, He starts to respond by explaining about Nagendran. A sturdy Don, who can easily fight 10 people, roughly outwards and soft inwards he suffered a lot of difficulties through his childhood, however, he attained his spot. Many deaths came so close to him despite that he survived them, now he died. It is one of the sorrowest moments, (if he would have died due to fighting I wouldn’t have been so sad we are sad because he has been betrayed).
Nagendran sits on the terrace after murdering a guy (traitor) then goes near the edge of the terrace and views the city (Veeramani salai) and smokes a cigarette.

Ashwin goes near the balcony with a coffee mug and views the environment. Later chats with his friend through a message and speaks about his life without a job, as the time passes it became evening Ashwin goes out and during that travel he gets into contact with Nagendran (First meeting) who was walking on the street and Ashwin was riding bike as he crossed Nagendran there was a guy running slowly behind Nagendran with a weapon trying to kill him but Ashwin screamed “hey someone is behind” then Nagendran turned and and that guy ran, later Nagendran starts to speak with Ashwin, Nagendran asks about Ashwin but Ashwin seemed to be uncomfortable at that space, therefore, he did not get too intimate with Nagendran he promptly left the space.

Ganesh seems to go blank and he states that he saw Nagendran in a hurry then he also stated that they just saw his dead body after three hours

Nagendran quickly travels to the factory alone. Bang! Bang! Gun shootout
Later Nagendran’s gang members arrived they found Nagendran’s dead body with the pistol near him.
